Tin Lizzies

Tin Lizzies is a ride at Efteling where visitors board replicas of Ford Model T cars that travel along tracks through landscaped gardens. The vehicles move slowly past trees, flower beds, and small water features.

The ride opened in 1984 as part of Efteling and was built by Mack Rides. It received major improvements in 2019 to refresh the experience for visitors.

The vehicles reflect how cars looked and worked in their earliest days, showing visitors a glimpse into early automotive design. You can observe the simplicity of these early machines compared to modern vehicles.

The ride moves at a slow pace, making it easy to enjoy the surroundings comfortably. Boarding and exiting are straightforward processes at designated stations.

Although the cars travel on fixed tracks, passengers can operate the steering wheel and feel they are controlling the vehicle themselves. This interactive element makes each ride feel like a personal adventure.
