Dahua Cinema

Dahua Cinema is a multiplex on Zhongshan Nanlu in Nanjing, operating six screens adorned with Art Deco details throughout its exterior and interior. The building blends period architectural features with contemporary movie theater facilities.

The cinema opened in 1936 as a major entertainment destination with seating for roughly 1,300 people across its orchestra and balcony sections. It later closed for a period before reopening to serve the community again.
