Sudha Cars Museum, Automobile museum in Hyderabad, India.
Sudha Cars Museum displays vehicles transformed into the shapes of everyday objects like cameras, computers, sofas, and kitchen appliances. The collection combines automotive mechanics with artistic creativity, with each sculpture-like car serving as both transport and artwork.
Founder Kanyaboyina Sudhakar began building his first car at age 14 from salvaged parts at local junkyards. The museum opened in 2010 as a record of this creative journey, blending mechanical skill with artistic vision from humble beginnings.
The museum creates special vehicles for Indian celebrations, shaping cars as pencils for Children's Day and handbags for Women's Day. These artworks reflect the local festival calendar and show how vehicles become part of community festivities.
The museum is located near Nehru Zoological Park and remains accessible daily. Wear comfortable shoes, as viewing the numerous vehicles requires walking through outdoor areas and allows plenty of time to explore each creation.
The museum holds a Guinness World Record for a tricycle measuring 12.67 meters in length. Visitors can also see the world's smallest double-decker bus, which remarkably accommodates ten passengers despite its compact design.
