Sneeuwwitje, amusement park attraction in the Efteling
Snow White is a ride attraction in the Efteling that brings the story of the classic fairy tale to life. The scene features a grotto with the sleeping main character surrounded by seven dwarfs and a nearby witch's cottage, all with realistic and detailed figures.
The attraction opened in the early years of the Efteling and was among the first installations to display the classic fairy tale. In 1999, a castle with a magic mirror was added to show the opening scene of the story.
The Snow White scenes display characters from the well-known fairy tale that visitors recognize from childhood memories. The portrayal conveys the tale's values such as kindness, beauty, and envy through carefully crafted figures and settings.
The attraction is located in the Sprookjesbos area of the park and is suitable for all ages, especially children. The ride moves slowly through indoor scenes, making it easy to follow and pleasant to visit on rainy days.
