Windsor Beach is a sandy shoreline on the southern edge of Lake Havasu, featuring pale sand and blue water with desert mountains visible across the water. The beach spans a considerable length and includes boat ramps, picnic areas, and shaded spots for shade-seeking visitors.

The area was developed in the 1950s after an American businessman spotted the lake during a flight and decided to build a city there. The beach was later developed as a recreation facility and has since become a popular water and leisure destination.

Windsor Beach lies within Lake Havasu State Park, where the Arroyo-Camino Interpretive Garden shows visitors the desert flora of the surrounding Mohave County landscape. The park's waters hold bass, catfish and sunfish, and anglers need a fishing licence, sold at the park office. Picnic tables and grills at the beach serve day visitors.

The beach is open to visitors from morning until evening and offers parking directly near the water and restroom facilities. Those wanting to camp or stay overnight on a boat will find everything needed on site, with the nearest town offering restaurants and hotels just a short drive away.
