The establishment opened in 1999 at Mandalay Bay Resort and operated for two decades before closing in November 2019. It was managed by Disruptive Restaurant Group during its final years.
The restaurant blended American and Eastern European dining traditions, offering dishes like caviar flights, chicken Kiev, pierogi, pelmeni, and short rib Stroganoff. Diners experienced Eastern European flavors presented in an unconventional American setting.
Guests could choose from more than 200 vodka varieties from twenty different countries available at the bar. The main dining area and specialized drinking sections provided different settings for your visit.
The venue displayed Lenin's decapitated statue head inside its bar after removing the complete figure. This unusual decoration came from customer reactions to the original statue.
