Mickey Hot Springs is a hydrothermal system at the north end of the Alvord Desert, east of Steens Mountain in southeastern Oregon. It contains at least 60 vents, 11 of them dry, with bubbling mudpots and steam vents. Each vent holds a characteristic temperature between 77 and 212 °F (25–100 °C), averaging about 171 °F (77 °C).

Mickey Hot Springs lies at the north end of the Alvord Desert, east of Steens Mountain and north of the larger but lesser-known 2-6 Hot Springs. Its hydrothermal system, with at least 60 vents of which 11 are dry, may be in its waning stages. Each vent holds a characteristic temperature between 77 and 212 °F (25–100 °C), averaging about 171 °F (77 °C).

The springs host an ecosystem of thermophilic organisms arranged in temperature strata, with each vent holding its own characteristic heat. The water is neutral to slightly alkaline. The hydrothermal system may be in its waning stages, and 11 of its at least 60 vents are dry.

The location is remote and requires driving on unpaved roads, so allowing extra time for the journey is necessary. Visitors should bring adequate water and fuel, and be prepared for dusty conditions and rough terrain that can make travel slower than expected.
