The Forbidden City Concert Hall is a concert and opera venue located within Zhongshan Park in Beijing, with seating capacity around 1,400. The space features modern acoustic equipment and is situated among traditional gardens and historic structures.

An open-air theatre seating 5,000 was built in 1942 on the site of the former Shejitan imperial altar, just outside the Lingxing Gate of Zhongshan Park. The Beijing municipal government funded a reconstruction in 1997, completed in April 1999, creating the present 1,419-seat hall.

The venue brings symphony performances to Beijing's audiences through regular concerts featuring both Chinese and international musicians. Visitors experience classical music and operas within a setting framed by historic gardens and traditional architecture.

The venue is easily accessible by public transit, particularly via Beijing subway Line 1 at Tiananmen West Station. Multiple bus routes also serve the area near the park.

The stage's rear wall holds an Austin pipe organ made by the American firm Austin Organs, Inc. Behind the stage a four-level lift platform serves the performers, and a piano lift sits at the front. The auditorium seats 1,419 people on two levels: 833 below, including five boxes with 41 seats, and 586 above.
