Al-Kut Olympic Stadium

Al-Kut Olympic Stadium features a Mixto Hybrid Grass playing surface and accommodates 20,000 spectators across its modern seating arrangements.

The stadium's construction began in 2013 by Iraqi Al Karama Company, but was later completed by Sport System company in 2018 after multiple delays.

Local football club Al-Kut SC holds regular matches at the stadium, creating gathering opportunities for sports enthusiasts from the Wasit Governorate.

The facility maintains international standard floodlighting systems that enable matches to take place during evening hours throughout the year.

The stadium hosted the 2019 Iraqi Super Cup match between Al-Zawraa SC and Al-Shorta SC, which concluded with Al-Shorta's victory through penalties.
