The attraction emerged from a 2007 renovation of the 1959 Submarine Voyage, incorporating characters and stories from the Pixar film Finding Nemo.
The submarine journey reflects modern storytelling by combining physical sets with digital projections to present an engaging narrative about ocean exploration.
The 12-minute ride accommodates 40 passengers per submarine, with seats positioned at small portholes providing views of the underwater scenes.
Special effects create the illusion of descending 100 feet underwater, although submarines navigate through a 6-foot-deep lagoon containing 6.3 million liters of water.
