The Disneyland Dream Suite spans 2,200 square feet above Pirates of the Caribbean, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and open-air patio.
Walt Disney commissioned set designer Dorothea Redmond to create this Royal Suite in the 1960s, but construction paused after his death in 1966.
The space transformed from Disney Gallery to Dream Suite in 2007, maintaining original design elements while adding modern luxury accommodations for selected guests.
The suite now operates as 21 Royal, offering private dining experiences for groups of up to twelve guests with advance reservations required.
Each room contains special effects activated at night, including a miniature fireworks display in the fireplace and light shows in the Peter Pan themed bedroom.
