Sky Voyager, Flight simulator ride at Dreamworld, Gold Coast, Australia
Sky Voyager offers visitors a flying theater experience with motion-programmed seating and special effects across a giant curved screen displaying Australian landscapes.
The construction of Sky Voyager began in late 2017, transforming the former IMAX theatre building into a modern simulator attraction that opened in August 2019.
The attraction presents footage of twelve different Australian regions, incorporating indigenous landmarks and natural wonders through an immersive aerial perspective.
The ride accommodates 60 passengers per cycle, requires a minimum height of 100 centimeters for unaccompanied children, and operates continuously throughout park hours.
Each gondola includes sensory features such as water sprays, scents, and wind effects synchronized with footage of locations from Sydney Harbour to the Outback.
