EPIC Miami Residences and Hotel, Hotel in den Vereinigten Staaten
EPIC Miami Residences and Hotel is a 54-story downtown building containing 342 homes and rooms in various sizes and styles. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the Miami River, Biscayne Bay, the ocean, and the city skyline.
Completed in 2009, the building was created by developer Ugo Colombo and Lionstone Development with architecture firm Revuelta Vega Leon. Its location at the confluence of the Miami River represents a major milestone in downtown Miami's modern expansion.
The design draws inspiration from the Miami River's history and the Tequesta people who originally inhabited this area. This cultural foundation shapes how the building connects to its surroundings and the city's past.
The hotel and residences are centrally located near Whole Foods Market, a movie theater, and cafes along Bayfront Park. Popular destinations such as South Beach, the Miami Design District, and the airport are within 15 to 20 minutes' drive.
The building features an integrated communication system called EPIC-Link that allows residents to reach hotel staff and services from anywhere using mobile devices. This technology seamlessly connects residential living with hotel conveniences.
